I was born in Latvia and, at five years of age, I immigrated with my parents to Australia. I now live in the beautiful Blue Mountains of New South Wales, Australia.

I have dabbled in various art forms since my teenage years; sketching, clay sculpture, coper enamelling, watercour and acrylic painting have all taken my interest over time.

My latest passion is working with copper to make images of various things. I love the colours I can achieve by 'torching' copper after I have made the images to create the picture.
